Movie Buff / 3:49 PM
My weekend was splendid. From movie marathons, lots of starbucks and a wedding that brought tears of joy to my eyes. It all happened so fast, faster then i expected and when have things ever gone past slow, unless its pain that you talk about.
I caught Charlie Wilson's War and Spiderwick Chronicles both on saturday, with the bf and the latter movie with my sister. I'm seriously a movie buff and i'll simply nod my head as soon as you ask me out for a movie (please dont ask me if its a stupid movie like meet the spartans) haha!
Both movies are great flicks that should be caught. One explains how the countries of war can be helped without a doubt if anyone cares and one man changed it all. A true life story where Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts played the role exceptionally in stunning ways if you ask me.
The other flick shows animation in a very creative way and how one boy is daring enough to fight the evil and help the good. Tumbletot captured my heart in Spiderwick Chronicles, he's adorably small and amazingly cute.
& i was even more contented since starbucks came twice to me on sat. The yummy cheesecake and the frapps were making me salivate more then you can ever imagine. YUMYUMYUM!
The long awaited wedding of my dear friend Dhanya finally took place at the Ritz Carlton Millenia yesterday. The wedding was a simple finish with the i-cannot-find-words-to-explain lunch that we had. The killer of the whole lunch that made my fingers itchy and my stomach aching for more were the desserts. Hotel dessets are always special and always making people happy and cheerful. I'm happy for the newly wed couple and hoping that the friendship we have dosent change since one is married now. Oh wells, marriages make people happy.
& wat movie shall i catch next? :D
