rig visit / 11:03 PM

ok, i have a late post that i did not update. like duh! its about the visit we had to the rig on Nov 7th! It was fun i tell you. But before that let me tell you something else, i got to meet four different lawyers from one of the firms that Transocean works with. They were coming along for the rig visit, so we got to know them a little and met them at their office.

The best part of the whole day was, the lunch. & why would i say that? cause i had lunch with LAWYERS at the FULLERTON HOTEL. yes you did not read it wrong. it was awesome i tell u. amilia and i froze when they said they are treating us to lunch at the fullerton. the food was a star and the ambions, do i need to say? yum yum yum! an event i'll never forget.

after lunch we headed to the rig. it wasnt finished as yet. but i enjoyed the trip, the experience was smtg not everyone will get. the rig is friggin hot. trust me. and the suits we were in killed us. amilia almost fainted. tsk. i asked like a zillion questions to our host (kpo la). and i learnt alot. one thing that i learnt was that safety was really important in the rig. every place we walked to had some form of danger in it. and its way too risky actually. but then again what is a job without its risk anyway?
